Once you receive your art, if you don't like it we get a chance to fix it. If we can't fix it, then we will refund your full deposit.
If you have just ordered by mistake, please email us at email@example.com to discuss about the refund.
If merchandise products are received damaged or broken the company will organize for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with out service provider.
