If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@turnedninja.com within 7 days of receiving your package. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, kindly provide your order number and clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the items themselves.

Returns for Other Reasons: If you have a reason for returning your order other than damage, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your items. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
